Our Goals

1. Fostering a culture of peace in Great Lakes and Southern Africa Regions

2. Helping to mobilize a regional Great Lakes and Southern Africa grassroots peacebuilding movement that fosters regional conflict transformation, community building, cultural healing and reconciliation

3. Restoration and rehabilitation of children affected by conflict, including former child soldiers, formerly abducted children and child mothers, with an emphasis on fully supported education programs linked to peace studies, social development and economic empowerment

4. Supporting grassroots projects which combine peace and community building

5. Supporting capacity building needs of grassroots organizations working with children and women affected by conflict

6. Participating in and supporting projects which contribute to peaceful settlements of armed conflict in Southern and Great Lakes Region, Africa
